Holiday RiverFest is Tampa’s newest holiday tradition, bringing together live music, festive treats, and family-friendly fun on Saturday, December 20, 2025, at Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park. Enjoy performances from top country artists and DJs, a kids’ craft zone, the beloved wiener dog race, and prime views of the Riverwalk Holiday Lighted Boat Parade. With exclusive 21+ VIP areas and an Ugly Sweater Party, this magical riverside celebration supports ForHearts Worldwide, delivering life-saving cardiovascular devices to those in need.

Parking & Rideshare

Holiday RiverFest does not offer designated parking, and parking in the area is limited. Attendees can utilize various public and private parking structures throughout downtown Tampa to accommodate their visit to the festival.

Primary parking options include:

  • Poe parking garage (800 N Ashley Dr, Tampa, FL 33602)
  • The Barrymore Hotel Tampa Riverwalk ( 111 W Fortune St, Tampa, FL 33602

Be sure to check parking meters and adhere to all enforcement regulations.

ADA parking is offered on a first-come, first-served basis in all primary parking structures. Holiday RiverFest does not have designated ADA parking specifically for the event. Questions about ada? Contact us at contact@discopresents.com

For convenience, rideshare vehicles can drop off or pick up guests in the designated rideshare lane in front of Julian B. Lane Riverfront Park on North Boulevard.

Prohibited Items

  • Dogs are allowed but must be leashed and cleaned up after.
  • Chairs and blankets are permitted.
  • Backpacks (large totes, large purses, duffle bags) – larger than 12″ x 12″
  • Professional-Grade Tripods, Monopods, Drones, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs). Go-Pros, Selfie Sticks, or any professional-grade camera equipment without proper media credentials.
  • Laser pointers, flashlights.
  • Tablets/laptops.
  • Audio/video recording equipment (excluding mobile phones).
  • Musical Instruments (Including whistles, etc).
  • Drones or hover cameras.
  • Weapons of any Kind (Including pocket knives, pepper spray, etc).
  • Illegal substances. Drugs or drug paraphernalia of any kind.
  • Unsealed over-the-counter medications or vitamins.
  • Skateboards, scooters, or personal motorized vehicles
  • Glass, metal, or plastic containers of any kind.
  • Coolers
  • Outside food or beverages
  • Fireworks, Flammable Products, Projectiles, or Explosives.
  • NO illegal vending is permitted.
  • No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.
  • CBD, THC, or non-disposable cylindrical tobacco cartridges
  • Wrapped gifts
  • Large banners or signs
  • Items deemed as posing a threat to the safe enjoyment of the concert by management.
  • Other items may be disallowed at the staff’s discretion.

FAQ

Can we bring chairs, blankets & strollers?
Absolutely! Feel free to bring chairs and blankets so you can stay comfy all day while enjoying the festival.

What about our dogs?
Yes – you can bring your furry babies! Just make sure they stay on a leash and that you clean up after them so everyone can have a great time.

Does everyone have a view of the Lighted Boat Parade?
Yes! All guests will have access to the riverfront, so you’ll be able to enjoy the parade and everything the river has to offer.

Are there 21+ activities outside of VIP?
Yes! We’ve got plenty of fun just for our 21+ guests. Enjoy the Ugly Sweater Lounge with its own dance floor, plus the Busch Light Reindeer Ring Toss and more festive activities!

What activities are there for kids?
We’ve got plenty for the little ones! The full playground at Julian B. Lane Park will be open, plus we’re hosting a fun wiener dog race the whole family can enjoy. And of course–Santa will be there for photos!

Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Unfortunately, no–outside food and beverages aren’t allowed. But don’t worry! We’ll have plenty of refreshments, holiday specialty drinks, and delicious options from our local food vendors for you to enjoy all day.

Are backpacks or bags allowed?
Yes, but they must be smaller than 12″ x 12″

Is re-entry allowed?
Yes, there is re-entry with a valid event wristband through the main gates. You will be subjected to additional security checks upon re-entry.

Is the event all ages?
Yes! Tickets are free for children under the age of 10 with the purchase of a GA or VIP ticket.

Are tickets available for purchase on-site at Holiday RiverFest?
Tickets are subject to availability, and early purchase is recommended as Holiday RiverFest may sell out in advance. Tickets are not sold on-site on event day and must be purchased online through See Tickets.

What is Holiday RiverFest’s alcohol policy?
All Holiday RiverFest attendees must follow these guidelines:

  • No outside alcohol is permitted at the event.
  • Guests who appear visibly impaired may be denied entry at the discretion of event staff.
  • You must be 21 or older to purchase alcohol, and a valid government-issued photo ID is required for all alcohol sales.
